Brookfield Veterinary Clinic, PLLC, opened its doors in the Fall of 2017, serving Summers County, WV, and the surrounding areas. Dr. Sarah K. Nelson, a lifelong resident of Lowell, WV, established the clinic with a vision to provide a dedicated, compassionate space for pet health and wellness. Dr. Nelson has a personal connection to her community and a passion for animal care that shines through our team's dedication to each patient.
