Services
Vaccinations
We provide comprehensive vaccination protocols for dogs and cats following scientific guidelines. Our core vaccines include protection against distemper, parvovirus, rabies, and feline leukemia. We customize vaccination schedules based on pet age, lifestyle, and exposure risks while maintaining compliance with Ohio state requirements. Our team explains each vaccine's purpose and recommended frequency during wellness visits.
Dental Care
Our dental services emphasize preventive care to maintain oral health and systemic well-being. We perform professional cleanings under anesthesia, dental radiography, and extractions when necessary. Patients receive pre-anesthetic blood screening to ensure safety. Post-procedure care includes pain management guidance and home care recommendations to prevent periodontal disease progression.
Spaying/Neutering
We offer surgical sterilization procedures for dogs and cats with pre-operative health assessments. Our protocols follow AAHA guidelines, including pre-surgical bloodwork for adult patients. We provide pain management during and after surgery, along with specific post-operative care instructions. The clinic educates owners about long-term health benefits and behavioral considerations associated with spaying/neutering.
Wellness Checks
Our wellness program includes comprehensive physical examinations and preventative health screenings. We monitor growth patterns in puppies/kittens and track senior pet health changes. Annual exams include parasite screening and age-specific diagnostic testing recommendations. We use these visits to discuss nutrition, vaccination protocols, and early disease detection strategies tailored to each pet's life stage.
Medical Consultations
We provide expert consultations for various health concerns including chronic disease management and behavioral issues. Our doctors analyze blood test results and explain diagnostic findings in clear terms. Consultations cover treatment options for conditions like diabetes, arthritis, and dental disease while considering owner capabilities and financial considerations for long-term care planning.

Questions
Do you treat exotic pets?
We treat dogs, cats, and pocket pets. For birds, reptiles, or amphibians, we recommend contacting Animal Care Unlimited or Norton Road Vet Hospital.
Can I get prescription pet food?
We carry select Hills Science Diet and other prescription diets. Availability must be confirmed before purchasing, and orders can be placed if out of stock.
Are emergency services available?
Doctors are on-call but may not be immediately reachable. For urgent care, we recommend OSU Veterinary Hospital or MedVet's 24/7 emergency services.
Do you accept payment plans?
Full payment is required at service time, but CareCredit financing is available. Long-term payment agreements may be considered for established clients under special circumstances.
What's required for surgical procedures?
Pre-surgical exams and bloodwork are mandatory. We require meeting pets several days before scheduled surgeries to assess suitability for anesthesia and procedures.
How often should pets receive vaccinations?
Kittens and puppies need multiple initial vaccinations. Adult pets typically receive core vaccines every 1-3 years based on risk assessment and Ohio state regulations.
