Communication Issues
Several reviewers expressed frustration with the communication breakdowns they experienced with Surfside Veterinary Clinic. Bonnie Lutz reported waiting on hold for 21 minutes to ask for medication, only to be told that the estimated time frame for receiving results was 24-48 hours, which did not happen. Simms Buckley was also disappointed with the lack of follow-through from the office staff, including not receiving calls or updates regarding their pets.
Unreliable Estimates and Charges
Teri C. was shocked to receive a $2200-$2800 estimate for dental work, only to be presented with a final bill of $2200 for one tooth pulled and cleaning. She also criticized the clinic for overcharging and poor cleanliness.
Mixed Expectations
