• Small Animal Services: Our state-of-the-art clinic is fully equipped to handle all issues when it comes to small animals. We utilize both Eastern and Western medicine to provide the highest level of care for your pet.
• Large Animal Services: From horses to your domesticated livestock, no problem is too large for Elk Park Animal Hospital. Dr. Thompson grew up on a registered Holstein-Fresian dairy farm and is here for any of your ranch needs.
• Pet State-of-the-Art-Diagnostics: Our in-house blood analyzers allow us to offer various tests with results in as little as fifteen minutes. We can run CBCs, full chemistry panels, thyroid tests, SDMA, Parvo Virus tests, and Heartworm tests, all with results on the same day and no need for a reference lab!
• Pet End-of-Life Services: The hardest part of owning an animal is knowing when to say goodbye. Give us a call to set up a consultation with our doctor or fill out a Quality of Life scorecard.
• Complementary Modalities: Dr. Thompson has utilized acupuncture and herbal medicine on horses, cattle, dogs, cats, llamas, alpacas, rabbits, pet birds, and chickens. These modalities open the door to many therapeutic options for various species.
