Our hospital is conveniently located at 5597 Mapledale Plaza, Woodbridge, VA 22193. Our hours of operation are as follows:

• Monday-Friday: 8:00 am - 8:00 pm
• Saturday: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
• Sunday: Closed

We accept cash, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Care Credit. A 10% discount is offered to active military clients. Payment is due upon completion of services.
