At Monfort Heights Animal Clinic, we are dedicated to providing exceptional veterinary care to the pets of our community. Our clinic has been serving the region for over 45 years, since our founding in 1974 by Dr. M.E. McBride. Today, our team of experienced veterinarians, including Dr. Mark McBride and Dr. Lisa Day, work together to ensure the best possible care for your furry friends.

Wellness Exams and Preventative Care
As a responsible pet owner, you know the importance of regular check-ups and preventative care for your pet. Our wellness exams and preventative care services are designed to help you keep your pet healthy and happy. During a wellness visit, our veterinarians will perform a thorough examination and discuss your pet's medical history. We will also discuss the likelihood of flea, tick, heartworm, and intestinal parasite exposure based on your pet's age, living space, and family lifestyle. Our team will then develop a customized treatment and preventative plan to fit your needs.
Online Pharmacy
Need to refill a prescription or purchase preventatives? Our online pharmacy makes it easy and convenient to manage your pet's health. Simply visit our online pharmacy to fill prescriptions, purchase preventatives, and manage your pet's profile.
Client Portal
Stay connected with your pet's health information through our client portal. View your pet's profile, visit history, vaccine reminders, and request or view upcoming appointments.
Emergency Care
In the event of an emergency, our clinic is open 6 days a week. We are here to help you and your furry friend, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. If you have an emergency outside of our regular hours, please contact MedVet at (513) 561-0069 or Grady Veterinary Hospital at (513) 931-8675.
Poor Experience with Dr. McBride Sr.
Several customers have had negative experiences at Monfort Heights Animal Clinic, particularly with Dr. McBride Sr. Becky K. gave the clinic a 1-star rating after her dog's surgery, citing overcharging, poor postoperative instructions, and lack of general care.
