Mercy Animal Hospital was founded in 2002 by Dr. Charles Jones and Dr. Dawn Jones, who shared a vision of providing veterinary care in a loving, family-based environment that focused on superb healthcare for all animals. Since its inception, the hospital has grown into a renowned practice for all areas of healthcare for animals. In 2013, the hospital moved to its current location on Sardis Church Road, designed with the intention of easy access to animals, adequate room for surgical procedures, an open-air feel for employees and clients, and immaculate kennels for our boarding animals.
