Our History

ECLAP was founded in 1981 by Dr. Smith, who started the practice from his garage in Santee, California. Over the years, we have grown and expanded our services to cater to the needs of our clients and their animals. Today, we have six large animal veterinarians covering all areas of East County San Diego.
