Our Team Members
- Dr. Philip P. Briscoe, DVM: Dr. Briscoe is the owner and operator of General Veterinary Clinic. He graduated from the University of Missouri College of Veterinary Medicine in 2004 and has over 15 years of experience in the field of veterinary medicine.
- Dr. Cassidy M. Starbuck, DVM: Dr. Starbuck graduated from the University of Missouri in 2018 and is an associate veterinarian at General Veterinary Clinic.
- Dr. Robert L. Carson, DVM (Retired, Relief Work Only): Dr. Carson has been a permanent fixture at our clinic for over 25 years, treating sick and injured animals, day and night.
- Debra Winn (Part-Time Only): Debbie is a part-time employee at General Veterinary Clinic and provides administrative support to the clinic.
Our Location
Our clinic is located at 3740 Hwy Mm, Hannibal, MO 63401. We are open Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Saturday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm, and closed on Sundays.
