We opened Summit Animal Hospital in Eldersburg, Maryland in December 2015, bringing years of accumulated veterinary expertise to the local community. Our founder, Dr. Felicia Neuman, built our practice on a foundation of balancing high-quality, state-of-the-art veterinary care with low-stress handling methods for all patients. We are a full-service animal hospital that provides care for dogs, cats, pocket pets, and reptiles across Eldersburg, Sykesville, Mt. Airy, Marriottsville, Woodbine, Finksburg, and West Friendship. Our entire team is specifically trained in low-stress handling techniques to minimize fear and anxiety for pets during veterinary visits, a priority we identified as underserved in the local market prior to our opening.
