The clinic is also commended for its beautiful and spa-like environment, with comfortable facilities and a relaxing atmosphere.
Negative Experience
One reviewer had a very negative experience with Oaks Vet Urgent Care. They reported being taken advantage of and having their rights violated. The reviewer claimed that the clinic took their French bulldog and its puppies, and then performed an emergency C-section without their consent. The reviewer was allegedly told that they had to sign over the puppies to a third-party funding company in order to pay for the surgery, and that their dog would die if they didn't comply. The reviewer also claimed that the clinic told them that the puppies had died suddenly, but this was later disputed. The reviewer was left feeling traumatized and afraid to go to vets again.
