Dr. Roster graduated from Kansas State Veterinary Teaching Hospital in 1993. She established Windhorse Veterinary Clinic in 2002 after working in four mixed animal practices across South Dakota. Certified in equine medical manipulation through the Chi Institute, she integrates acupuncture and traditional Chinese veterinary medicine into her practice.

Jasmine supports our medical team with technical expertise and compassionate patient handling. She assists with surgical procedures, patient care, and client education. Her training includes specialized skills in animal restraint and diagnostic sample collection.

What veterinary services do you offer?
We provide pet wellness exams, vaccinations, dental care, diagnostic testing, and integrative medicine including acupuncture. We also offer large animal services for cattle and equine patients.
Do you provide emergency veterinary care?
We offer emergency services during regular business hours and provide house calls for large animal emergencies in our service area.
Are payment plans available?
Payment is required at the time of service. We do not offer in-house financing but accept major credit cards and CareCredit.
Do you treat exotic pets?
We treat select exotic animals including birds, small mammals, and reptiles. Please call ahead to confirm we can accommodate your exotic pet.

Can I request a house call?
House calls are available for large animal patients and select small animals through our mobile veterinary service.
