Our journey began in 2003 with a heartfelt desire to improve the lives of pets and their owners. Founded by Dr. Jacobs, SportsVet Animal Medical Center started as a home-based canine rehabilitation practice. Witnessing the need for comprehensive care, the practice evolved into a full-service veterinary clinic and rehabilitation center in 2004.
