Disappointing veterinary experience
Despite having a scheduled appointment, I was told there was no appointment and waited more than three hours with my sick dog. I received an unexpected $850 bill at checkout, different from the price discussed beforehand. When I disputed the charges and requested a prescription to purchase the medication elsewhere, the owner called the police and threatened to report me for animal neglect, even though I was not refusing treatment. I felt pressured and ultimately paid nearly $700. My dog is doing well now, but I was very disappointed with the billing process and the way this situation was handled.
