We're open Monday-Friday 7:00 AM-9:00 PM, Saturday & Sunday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.

Do you require advance appointment scheduling?
Appointments recommended but not required - we accept walk-ins 7 days weekly. Emergency cases should call first for triage preparation.

We accept credit/debit cards (Visa/Mastercard), cash, and checks with valid ID and social security number.
How does pet insurance work at your facility?
We process Trupanion's Direct Vet Pay system. For other providers, owners pay upfront then submit claims directly to insurance companies post-visit.
What pre-surgery requirements should pet owners know?
Pets must fast after 10 PM before surgery. Check-in between 7-9 AM with 15-20 minute preparation time required for all surgical cases.
