Oakley, a board-certified veterinary surgeon with a special interest in orthopedic surgery, sports medicine, and emergency surgery. Dr. Jorge I. Rivas, a highly qualified veterinarian, specializes in Small Animal Surgery and Medicine, with a strong emphasis on Canine Rehabilitation. Together, they ensure that every patient receives the best possible care.
