Overall Experience
The reviews for Center Vet suggest a high level of satisfaction among clients. The majority of reviewers praised the staff, particularly Dr. Sutherland, Dr. Gerard, and Billy, for being pleasant, capable, and caring. The clinic's attention to detail, thoroughness, and professionalism were also highlighted.
Communication
However, one reviewer had a negative experience with communication at the clinic. Kim VonCannon reported that she was left sitting in the parking lot for hours without any updates on her dog's status, resulting in a poor experience.
Care and Compassion
On the other hand, many reviewers appreciated the clinic's compassionate and patient approach. Several clients mentioned that the staff showed genuine concern and love for their pets. Heather Ashley, for example, noted that her pup was excited and not scared during his visit, while Susan Andrews Fagg praised the clinic's thorough and thoughtful approach.
Consistency
The reviews also suggest that the clinic maintains high standards across multiple visits. Helena Lennon, for instance, has been taking her dogs to the clinic for years and has always had a positive experience.
Opportunities for Improvement
Khadija's review highlights the need for urgent care services for animals, as she was unable to get immediate attention for her ailing dog.
