What boarding services do you offer?
We provide cat boarding with medical supervision for diabetic or medicated felines. All boarding cats must have current vaccinations, but need not be existing patients. Please call for pricing details.
When can I get pet vaccinations?
Vaccinations are available during regular consultations. Our veterinarians will recommend appropriate schedules based on your pet's specific needs and regional disease risks.
How do prescription refills work?
Refills require recent vet examination (within 12 months) and can be requested via phone, website, or MyPetsWellness app. Allow one business day for processing.
What grooming services are available?
Elle provides small dog grooming (under 35 lbs) on Wednesdays and Saturdays, including bath, nail trim, ear cleaning, and customized haircuts with individualized attention.
How does the missed appointment policy work?
First no-show results in reminder call only. Second occurrence requires exam fee deposit for next appointment. Surgery cancellations need 48-hour notice to avoid $75 fee.
