Negative Experiences
Several reviewers had terrible experiences at Prairie Side Veterinarian. Kris Moore, who had been a loyal customer since 2013, was extremely dissatisfied with the care her dog received during a routine surgery. The doctor who performed the surgery was not the one she had approved, and the procedure was botched, causing her dog's heart rate to drop below 30 bpm. The doctor also had an amputated hand, making it difficult for her to examine and restrain the dog. To make matters worse, the hospital overcharged her by $1000 and was unresponsive to her concerns.
