Our Services
At Carson County Veterinary Clinic, we offer a wide range of services for both small and large animals. Our small animal services include routine wellness exams, vaccinations, dental care, surgery, digital radiology, ultrasound, and internal medicine. We are equipped with the latest technology and equipment to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care. Our large animal services include herd health management, reproduction services, vaccinations, and routine and emergency farm calls. We understand the unique needs of large animals and are committed to providing the highest level of care to keep them healthy and thriving.
Meet Our Team
Our team at Carson County Veterinary Clinic is made up of highly trained and experienced professionals who are dedicated to providing the best possible care for our patients. Our veterinarians, Dr. Carol Hillhouse and Dr. Joe Hillhouse, are both graduates of Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine and have been serving the Panhandle community since 1986. They are both Diplomates of the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners (Canine and Feline) and have a wealth of experience in both small and large animal medicine.
Our staff includes registered veterinary technicians, veterinary assistants, and receptionists who are all dedicated to providing the best possible care for our patients. We are committed to ongoing education and training to ensure that we are up-to-date on the latest advancements in veterinary medicine.
Externships
Carson County Veterinary Clinic offers externships for veterinary students who are interested in gaining hands-on experience in a busy and diverse clinical setting. Our externships provide students with the opportunity to work alongside our experienced veterinarians and staff to learn about all aspects of veterinary medicine. We are committed to providing a supportive and educational environment for our externs and strive to help them develop the skills they need to become successful veterinarians.
