Our hospital was founded in 1991 by Dr. Joan Hudyncia, with the goal of providing excellent small animal veterinary care to the Towanda area. In 2006, Towanda Creek Animal Hospital achieved accreditation by the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA), a prestigious distinction that is only held by 12-15% of veterinary hospitals in the nation. Our hospital is not open 24 hours, but we are available to provide after-hours emergency consultation for our current patients, when possible. If your pet requires diagnostics or treatment beyond what we can provide, we will refer you and your pet to the nearest specialty or emergency facility.
