Our Story

Our journey began in 1966 when Dr. Edward Mikus founded Park Ridge Animal Hospital in a small brick building at 40 Park Avenue, Park Ridge, New Jersey. Over the years, we've served the Pascack Valley community with love, care, and compassion. In 1991, Dr. Manderino took over the practice, transforming it into the progressive and heartfelt institution it is today.

In 2018, we moved into our new state-of-the-art facility, allowing us to continue delivering the best of veterinary medicine to our clients and their pets. Our new building is designed with comfort in mind, offering a less-stress environment for your visits. From the colors we wear to the colors we painted the walls, and from the cat-friendly spaces to the treats we use for positive reinforcement, every aspect of our hospital is tailored to meet the needs of your cat and dog.
