- Kirk Teschke, DVM: Dr. Teschke, a co-founder of Estero Animal Hospital, received his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Florida in 1995. With his partner, Dr. Larry Scrabis, they opened the clinic in 2001.
- Larry Scrabis, DVM: Dr. Scrabis, also a co-founder, chose veterinary medicine to help animals and their owners understand the best ways to care for their pets. He specializes in performing ultrasounds and is a fan of the UF Gators and the movie "Jaws".
- Jennifer Dewe-Mathews, DVM: Dr. Dewe-Mathews joined Estero Animal Hospital in 2008. A New York native, she moved to Florida and has a strong interest in internal medicine, feline medicine, and animal adoption.
- David Cray, DVM: Dr. Cray, a Notre Dame alum, completed his veterinary studies at a prominent institution and has a passion for providing exceptional care to dogs and cats alike.
