Communication Issues
Several reviewers have expressed frustration with the clinic's communication. Author Andy Dowling mentioned being passed around to different people when trying to schedule an appointment for his cat's rabies booster shot, and was told to contact someone else multiple times. Similarly, Author Kristen Snyder felt that charges that weren't explained at the pre-surgery meeting were added to her bill without notification.
Quality of Care
The quality of care has also been a concern for some reviewers. Author Don Swartz was unhappy with the spaying job on his cat, saying it looked like a "butcher job" and that he would never take his cat back to the clinic again.
