Highlands Veterinary Center has been serving the Chesapeake, VA community since 1972. Established in July 1972 by Dr. E.V. Stromlund as Highlands Pet Clinic, our clinic has grown significantly over the years. In May of 1980, Dr. Wayne T. Springer purchased Highlands Pet Clinic and expanded the clinic's services. Today, we are a full-service small animal veterinary hospital dedicated to providing exceptional medical care to your pets.
