Our clinic is well-equipped to provide efficient in-house diagnostic and therapeutic services. This includes preventative healthcare, wellness examinations, vaccinations, parasite control, as well as routine and specialized monitoring, including radiography, serum chemistry, histology, hematology, and urinalysis.

Our surgical services include a variety of procedures, from routine spays and neuters to extensive soft tissue and orthopedic procedures. We have a dedicated surgical suite equipped with gas anesthesia, ensuring the safety and comfort of your pet during their procedure.

Our knowledgeable full-service groomer is dedicated to making your pet feel, smell, and look great. Our grooming services include bathing, clipping, and nail trimming.

Our staff is comprised of experienced and compassionate professionals who are dedicated to providing the best possible care for your pet. Our team includes skilled veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and support staff who work together to ensure that your pet receives the highest level of care.

Dr. Kris Nelson, one of our veterinarians, grew up on a cattle and swine farm in southern Minnesota. She graduated from the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine in 1997 and has practiced at the Farmington Veterinary Clinic ever since. Dr. Kris specializes in small animal medicine and surgery, as well as farm animal medicine and surgery. She enjoys the friendly, personal attention that the Farmington Veterinary Clinic has to offer.

Dr. Amy Lorenz is another member of our veterinary team. She has been dedicated to providing compassionate care for pets in the Farmington area for many years.
