What are your current operating hours?
Open Monday 7:30AM-8PM, Tuesday-Friday 7:30AM-6PM, Saturday 8AM-1PM. Closed Sundays and major holidays.
Do you offer after-hours emergency care?
While we don't provide 24/7 emergency services, we partner with local clinics like Orchard Park Veterinary Medical Center (716-662-6660) for after-hours critical care referrals.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and CareCredit financing. Payment is required at time of service – we do not accept personal checks.
Are house call services available?
We don't offer house calls directly, but can recommend local veterinary professionals who provide home visitation and euthanasia services for mobility-challenged pets.
Why annual heartworm testing is required?
Yearly testing ensures safety for preventative medication administration. Heartworm can develop even with monthly preventatives due to potential dosing issues or environmental exposure during Buffalo's winter thaws.
Do you board pets at your facility?
We no longer offer boarding services. Our facility focuses exclusively on veterinary medical treatments, surgeries, and outpatient care programs for companion animals.
