What services can't you provide?
We don't perform surgeries, X-rays, or emergency care. We also don't sedate aggressive pets due to safety limitations in home environments.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, local checks, and all major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover) with 3% processing fees.
How much are housecall fees?
Housecall fees are $80 with exam or $90 without exam, covering trips within 20 miles of Ogden. Additional mileage charges apply beyond that range.
Do you provide after-hours care?
Appointments are scheduled Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm. We recommend Eastern Carolina Veterinary Referral for after-hours emergencies.
